YOGA LESSON
With Elisa of Yoga Garda Lake
In one hour and a half of yoga class the mains tools that we use to increase our physical, mental and spiritual well-being are Asanas, Bandhas, Pranayamas and Yoga Nidra. Starting from a base of Hatha yoga, the practices refer to the wisdom of Ayurvedic medicine, to become more dynamic or slower, following nature.
The lesson begins with the concentration of the breath (deep and slow breating) and then we move on to the more “Physical” practice with asanas and vinyasana (postures and sequences of postures) followed by some different pranayamas (Prana = vital energy, yama = control and ayama = expansion. The lesson ends with the practice of Yoga Nidra (final guided relaxation)
