This trek leaves from the top station of the Malcesine Monte Baldo cable car at loc. Tratto Spino. From the station, go north and take the firstpath on the left uphill which will take you to a point with wonderful views. Carry on north past the ski lift then look with care for the horizontal red /white/red sign that shows the start of the route which heads downhill almost parallel to the peak of Monte Baldo and takes you to the start of the Ventrar path.

The Ventrar is very exposed and meets the northern cliffs of Monte Baldo; there are wonderful views and after one kilometer you will reach the eastern slopes of the mountain.

At the end of the path turn uphill towards south on a rough track that will take you back to your start point.
