Yoga hilft uns, unser psychophysisches Gleichgewicht wiederzuerlangen und ist ein n\u00fctzliches Mittel gegen Stress und Alltags\u00e4ngste.<\/p>\n

In einer eineinhalbst\u00fcndigen Yogastunde werden Asanas, Bandhas, Pranayamas und Yoga Nidra eingesetzt, um unser k\u00f6rperliches, geistiges und seelisches Wohlbefinden zu steigern. Ausgehend von der Basis des Hatha-Yoga beziehen sich die \u00dcbungen auf die Weisheit der ayurvedischen Medizin, um dynamischer oder langsamer zu werden und der Natur zu folgen.<\/p>\n

Die Lektion beginnt mit der Konzentration des Atems (tiefes und langsames Atmen) und geht dann \u00fcber in die „k\u00f6rperliche“ Praxis mit Asanas und Vinyasana (K\u00f6rperhaltungen und Sequenzen von K\u00f6rperhaltungen), gefolgt von verschiedenen Pranayamas (Prana = Lebensenergie, Yama = Kontrolle und Ayama = Ausdehnung. Die Stunde endet mit der Praxis von Yoga Nidra (gef\u00fchrte Endentspannung)
